Can You Use These 4K Images in Paid Client Work?

Yes. Paid decks, mockups and print can use these 4K PNGs. Read the license, keep the master, and do not resell the file as stock.

Yes. You can place these 4K PNGs in paid client work: pitch decks, UI mockups, packaging comps, event prints, web heroes you later compress, and internal brand films that need a still plate. The license covers personal and commercial projects. What it does not cover is selling the unmodified file as your own stock library.

That is the whole legal shape. The rest of this page is production hygiene so the client receives a derivative they can use, not a confusing dump of masters and previews.

What paid client work actually covers

Client work means someone else is paying for a result that includes the image. The payment is for your layout, edit, type, crop or composite, not for a license fee on this archive. You do not buy an extended seat. You do not add the site as a line item unless your own contract requires you to disclose third-party assets.

Typical yes cases:

Typical no cases sit on the license page and you should read them there instead of trusting a paraphrase. The short production version is: do not republish the bare PNG as a pack, a contribution to another stock site, or an NFT drop of the artwork. Merchandise and packaging have their own limits. If the client wants to resell the file itself, stop and send them to the license page.

Abstract and digital-art plates make client work simpler than photography. There is no recognizable person, no storefront, no car badge. You still should not imply this site endorses the client's product. You still should not claim you illustrated the plate if you only dropped it in.

If the client asks where the motion version lives, point them at Unique Live Wallpaper with a normal courtesy note. That is a separate product. Do not promise that the PNG and the motion file share a single contract.

What belongs on the invoice, not inside the PNG

Do not bake legal text into the image. Do not add a watermark "to be safe." The files here ship without watermarks; adding one for a client review is a preview choice, not a license requirement.

On the invoice or the statement of work, write the asset as a sourced background, not as original illustration, unless you heavily reworked it. A line such as "Background plate: third-party 4K still, commercial use per supplier license, original PNG archived in job folder 02_original" is enough. If your client is a bank or a pharma company, their legal team may ask for a URL. Give them /license/ on this domain and keep a dated PDF print of that page in the job folder.

Attribution is optional. When you credit anyway is a courtesy question, not a gate. Do not surprise a client with a required credit line on a title slide. If they want a credit, use the wording in the Unique Live Wallpaper note.

Hand the file like a producer, not like a wallpaper fan. Keep 01_preview/ and 02_original/ apart, name the master with width, height and color space, and use a transfer tool when the PNG is larger than the mail server. That workflow is in the client hand-off guide.

When you still need a different image

Free and allowed is not the same as fit. Commission or license something else when:

When a free still is enough covers the buy-versus-commission call. For the legal yes, read the license, keep the master in the job folder, and send the client a derivative they asked for.

Browse the archive with the job brief open, not with a desktop-background mindset. If the file will appear in a deliverable someone paid for, you are already in client-work territory, and that is allowed.

Client work · allowed, with a job folder

Paid work is allowed. Reselling the file is not.

Use the PNG inside a deliverable. Do not become a second stock site.

01
Allowed

Decks, mockups, print, heroes, internal films. Payment is for your layout, not a seat fee.

02
Read once

The /license/ page is the source. Do not invent extra clauses or add a fake watermark.

03
Invoice line

Call it a sourced 4K plate. Archive a dated copy of the license page with the job.

04
Stop

Exclusive ownership, logo-from-plate, or resale of the bare PNG. Those are different jobs.
